Ghana’s currency, the Cedi has risen for the past month against every single currency in the world, including the U.S. Dollar, Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen, the Euro, CFA Francs, South Africa’s Rand and Nigeria’s Naira.

This rally of the Cedi is expected to bring down the prices of imported goods in the coming weeks.
