VIEWthe landlord tenant laws in your state. in most cases the tenant can file a complaint with the health department after giving the landlord reasonable time to fix the situation. The complaint must be in writing, postmarked and dated. OR whatever method the lanlord provieds for the tenant to contact managemtn. Keep record of the dates and how many times the landlord was contacted. They usually have 7 days to comply and cannot retaliate against the tenant for filing the complaint.

She can't use her bathroom or kitchen and they gave her some keys to use the restroom two buildings down. Can you imagine at 67 or any age having to put clothes on to walk outside two apartment buildings down to use the restroom at midnight or 3 in the morning...Dangerous and criminal. Do these people care, they treat their dogs better than this. Mr. Justin Dunlap, 314-381-0550 is their manager and he won't even compensate or help her move to an apartment within their complex. This isn't her fault. This has been going on since Apr and it 2 Jul 2023. She isn't the only one. Slum Lords need to be made accountable.

Yall dont have a health Department? My Apartment got flooded in Atlanta and landlord fid nothing (Until I called the Health Department), Landlord had to PAY to relocate everybody

Why isn't this SHUT DOWN by the Health Department? I called them when I had MOLD and they shut the whole place down.

This is only one of the tenants apartment. They have over 600 units. This entire complex needs to be shut down.
